Moira Fitzpatrick, ND
Over her thirty year journey as a Clinical Psychologist and Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Moira Fitzpatrick’s understanding of the true essence of health, both within herself and in bringing it to others, has undergone a fundamental change. Receiving her doctorate in psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Dr. Fitzpatrick would go on to start a therapeutic community system for people dealing with mental illness. Practicing multiple forms of transformational psychology over the years, Dr. Fitzpatrick would later return to school to pursue a career in the field of naturopathic medicine. After graduating from Bastyr University, Dr. Fitzpatrick founded a practice in Seattle with a focus on women’s health and cancer treatment, working alongside a conventional medical team to offer an integrative approach that addresses mind-body issues alongside a treatment plan combining the best of natural and conventional medicines suited to the unique needs of the patient. Dedicated to a holistic approach of healing that incorporates mind, body and spirit to achieve a new level of health and happiness, Dr. Fitzpatrick has focused on reducing the gaps between the conventional and natural medical worlds to help create a new paradigm of healthcare. She has fostered the educational field environment for the next generation of integrative health professionals at a variety of institutions, as Director of Clinical Training at the American School of Professional Psychology in California, and as Vice President of Bastyr University.
